In development plans it is sometimes unavoidable that fields remain barren. Whilst those fields may be exposed to invading (protected) species. In Holland new policy is in the making to get exemption for nature legislation if those fields are temporarily be given back to nature as 'temporary nature'.  Aqua-Terra Nova may guide and assist in the development of temporary nature in development plans to assure unwanted delay for nature legislation when the development finally arrives in the stage of construction.
